James Franklin was named Chief Executive Officer of TechBridge in July 2011 when he transitioned from his position as Chairman of the Board. James’ service to TechBridge started in 2006 as a volunteer. From there he joined the Board, serving as Products and Services Chair, Digital Ball Chair, and Board Vice-Chair before becoming Board Chair.
Prior to joining TechBridge as CEO, James held executive management positions at a number of IT products and services companies. Most recently, James was General Manager for the Enterprise business segment of Omnilink, a software-as-a-service business. He also worked at Avanade, an Accenture company focused on Microsoft solutions, where he ran the Southeast Region, and HP, where he served as General Manager for HP’s US State Government Consulting business unit. Throughout James’ career he has focused on the delivery of top quality IT products and services for leading brands.
James has a MBA from the University of Maryland and BA in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia. With generations of family history in Georgia, James is honored to have the opportunity to serve the community through TechBridge.

Misty Arrington joined the Techbridge team in July 2016 as the Staff Accountant. Misty has over 20 years of experience in accounting. She is excited to join the Techbridge team where the focus is assisting in the success of other nonprofits. Misty has lived in Metro Atlanta her entire life and has raised two wonderful daughters. She is proud to have added the role of “Nana” to her resume in Octobe 2016.

John joined TechBridge in September of 2005 and is now the Director of Account Management. John has 15 years of technical experience and 7 years of consulting experience. Prior to joining TechBridge he was a Technology Manager with Accenture’s Retail practice. Key projects while at Accenture included leading a team to replace the current pricing system for the largest retail toy company in the world, implementing technology to increase operating efficiency for a large grocery store chain in the UK, updating and enhancing an International web site for a large US-based shipping company, designing and building store of the future prototypes for the largest retail home supply company in the US, and building an asset management solution for a large southern telecommunications company. His main competencies are technical project management, execution/operations architecture, and Microsoft technologies. He holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Alabama in Huntsville.

Sunny Bray is the Community Impact Manager for Tennessee. Her rich experience in both the for profit and nonprofit space have provided her with expert qualifications in identifying and capturing market opportunities to accelerate expansion and growth. Some of her biggest accomplishments include a strong track record of consistently meeting and exceeding company goals, cultivating and securing new partnerships, developing and building a strong community presence.
“Leave things better than you found them” has been her personal mantra for as long as she can remember. Sunny loves meeting people and has a passion for serving others. In addition to staying connected in the community, she takes pride in and values the personal and professional development that is required to be a successful leader. When she is not networking or volunteering, you can probably find Sunny doing something outdoors, traveling to a new city, or running through the mud at an obstacle course race.

Larry Clark has been a longtime advocate and strategic advisor for TechBridge. He recently joined the team to Lead our Consulting Practice which includes our Strategy and Delivery practice. Prior to joining TechBridge, Larry was the CIO of Advantage Resourcing, a multi-billion dollar Staffing firm and a former Executive in Residence at Georgia State University helping to establish the Center for Research in Information Systems. Previously he was Managing Director & CIO for Randstad USA, a leading employment services company and a wholly owned subsidiary of the Netherlands based Randstad Holding, He lead the effort to integrate and consolidate the information technology resources which resulted in annual savings in excess of 10 million dollars. Before joining Randstad, Clark served as the CIO for Onesource, Inc, a national provider of facilities services with annual revenues in excess of one billion dollars. Clark has also served as Vice President, CIO for Central Health Services, Inc., a regional provider of home health care services with revenues in excess of 350 million dollars. And as Commissioner of Administrative Services for the State of Georgia and cabinet member of Governor Joe Frank Harris, directed all aspects of the agency which managed the State’s business and financial functions.

Karen Cramer leads the Performance Measurement Group whose offerings help nonprofits to define and measure mission success. Karen joined TechBridge because she is passionate about reducing poverty in America. Her mission in life is for all kids to have the resources and opportunities they need to thrive. Karen is a licensed master’s social worker and has been a nonprofit professional for 15 years. Karen is a proud co-founder of Helping Mamas, the metro Atlanta baby supplies bank and winner of United Way of Greater Atlanta’s Spark Prize. From working in large and small nonprofits, Karen understands the power of utilizing technology to make nonprofits more effective and efficient. She received her master of science in social work from the University of Texas at Austin and her bachelor’s degree in social work from James Madison University. Karen serves as a peer reviewer for the Council on Accreditation and is an active volunteer in many nonprofit organizations in her community.

Andre Dickens is the new Executive Advisor for TechBridge. He is charged with building relationships with large nonprofits across the U.S.. TechBridge’s vision to alleviate poverty through technology aligns perfectly with his personal mission and is what attracted him to this role.
Dickens is a proud product of the Atlanta Public School System. Dickens earned his Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Tech in 1998. In 2013, he earned his Masters of Public Administration in Economic Development at Georgia State University. He is an alum of Leadership Atlanta, Diversity Leadership Atlanta, and United Way VIP.
After starting his career as an engineer with BP-Amoco, he moved into sales management for DSM Engineering Plastics and became the company’s youngest salesperson of the year. In 2002 he co-founded City Living Home Furnishings in Atlanta, a family-operated business that grew into a multi-million dollar business with two locations and over 20 employees.
He returned to his alma mater to serve as the Assistant Director for Georgia Tech’s Office of Institute Diversity. He led programs and initiatives that enabled hundreds of undergraduate and graduate students each year successfully matriculate Georgia Tech.
Andre was also elected citywide to the Atlanta City Council Post 3 at-Large in November 2013. The Councilman currently serves as the chair of the Community Development & Human Resources Committee. He also serves on the boards of the Atlanta Beltline, Invest Atlanta, and Center for Civil and Human Rights. In his short tenure as a Councilman, he has become a vocal and legislative activist in promoting quality educational opportunities for youth, workforce development, economic development, and ensuring that affordable housing is a significant component of Atlanta’s future economic growth.

As a Senior Solutions Architect, John Harvey is a Subject Matter Expert for implementing Microsoft’s Office 365 Cloud, SharePoint Online, Skype for Business, Planner, Office 365 Groups and Office Online.
In September 2016, John Harvey celebrated 8 years as part of TechBridge team. John is a Technical Consultant and believes in a holistic approach for requirements, scoping, implementation and training.
Having started his IT career at a social services agency in Austin, Texas; he is well positioned to understand our nonprofit customer needs and always works to empower other nonprofits efficiently adopting new technology leveraging his own time spent providing case management services.
John enjoys helping end users adopt new technology and working closely with all levels of users, management and administration to ensure solid IT integration with an agency’s mission and goals.
Knowledge of technologies includes Microsoft and Apple operating systems and applications, Windows Server, Azure, Office 365 cloud, networking, with CompTIA and Microsoft Certifications.

Elli is excited to join TechBridge as a Development Coordinator with a focus on expanding the reach of TechBridge in Alabama, as well as assisting with the Adopt-a-Nonprofit® program and the Recycling program. Elli has a passion for the mission of TechBridge and is eager to help connect nonprofits to solutions that make a lasting impact with the support of the business community. A graduate of The Ohio State University with a B.S in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and an emphasis in Spanish, Elli has 15 years experience managing relationships, projects, products and programs with Chick-fil-A, Arthur Andersen, CheckFree and Southern Company along with fundraising experience at the Atlanta Mission. Jennifer Higgins leads the Strategy Group and is responsible for all consulting engagements—including IT assessments, planning roadmaps, and process optimization. Jennifer had a wide variety of roles in her first stint at TechBridge from 2002-2007. Having been back since May of 2012, her focus has been to help nonprofits use technology to alleviate the causes of poverty.
Jennifer’s previous experience includes consulting in the financial services industry for Accenture and owning her own business. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Georgia in English and French and was awarded a Fulbright Fellowship to teach English in France. Jennifer lives in West Midtown with her husband Chris and their two sons.

Anita started volunteering with TechBridge in March 2014 and joined the staff full time as a strategy consultant January, 2015. She is a seasoned management professional with over 30 years of experience in IBM. Throughout her IBM career, she demonstrated progressive expertise in organizational development, change management, project management, process engineering, and strategic planning. She is adept in transformational leadership by quickly accessing inhibitors within global matrix environments and among cross-functional teams that have resulted in improved workflow and significant productivity gains. Anita has a proven ability to launch and structure new organizations along with elevating established businesses via strategic process improvements and implementation planning. She has a BS degree in Mathematics from Savannah State University.

John has 6 years of experience in technology consulting for nonprofits. He joined TechBridge as a Google Product Consultant in July 2013. Previously he served in an AmeriCorps service program sponsored by Points of Light and Google. John has improved outcomes for low-income communities and families through the effective use of technology at hundreds of nonprofits. He fell in love with the positive effects he was able to bring to Atlanta communities through this work and now serves as a Business Analyst working on IT assessments and strategies as well as TechBridge’s in-house Google Product Specialist.

Stacey Laidlaw is one of TechBridge’s strategy group project managers. She’s PMP certified with six years of software implementation and development experience in healthcare and education.
Stacey has worked in nonprofit project management with SCOPE in Florida and with the Scholarship Academy locally. She earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
Stacey was excited to join TechBridge because she’d get to employ both her technology and her project management experience.
She is an active member of Renovation Church and Project Management Institute Atlanta.

Medhya joined the Techbridge team in January 2017 as a Salesforce Architect. Medhya is an experienced, certified Salesforce Developer as well as a Salesforce-certified Platform Developer, Service Cloud Consultant, App Builder and Administrator. Medhya has been an Application Development Analyst with Accenture’s Cloud First practice and has been part of various projects on the Salesforce platform including implementing a complex Sales Cloud application for a resources giant based out of Belgium and implementing a custom cloud application for another resources market leader based in the U.S. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering.

Manish came to TechBridge in January 2015 through TechBridge’s acquisition of Aidmatrix, a nonprofit that has been accelerating food banking operations with their supply chain technology and community partnerships.
Manish has over 10 years of experience in Information Technology with expertise in Software Development using Microsoft Technologies in the fields of web, client-server and mobile applications. Manish has over 4 years of experience being a senior technical leader with deep design and delivery experience for a portfolio of products of multi-tier SaaS products with web-based and mobile-based clients on the Microsoft .NET/SQL Server/Oracle technology stack. His other areas of expertise include Microsoft Azure, Agile development and as a Scrum Master. He has experience leading technology teams both on- and off-shore.

Prior to joining Techbridge as our Nonprofit Advisor, Oregon native Simone Perry spent several years in major gift fundraising and consulting for nonprofits, political organizations, and campaigns. Carrying a unique combination of financial services and development experience, she excels at identifying likely partnerships and crafting strategies to engage them.
Simone is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and was chosen as one of “Who’s Who in Black Atlanta” in 2016. She has been featured as a guest commenter on CNN’s New Day, and Neil Cavuto Coast to Coast on Fox Business and published in the Washington Post and The Weekly Standard among other news outlets. When she’s not working Simone is likely breaking a sweat at Crossfit-Ex or volunteering with the Georgia English Bulldog Rescue.

Beth joined the TechBridge team in 2015 as the Administrative Assistant. She moved to Atlanta in 2014 to pursue her Master’s Degree in Non Profit Management at Georgia State University. Beth received a Bachelor’s of Arts in Social Science and Political Science at Florida Atlantic University. She began her career focused on the advocacy efforts for Planned Parenthood of South Florida, as the Field and Volunteer Coordinator. She later directed the Florida 2014 Midterm Election efforts in Broward County as the County Regional Organizer for the Florida Planned Parenthood PAC. Beth is very passionate about the Hispanic community, and is an active member of the GALEO Leadership Council and GALEO Institute of Leadership, which strives to promote civic engagement among the Latin community. Outside of the office Beth enjoys traveling (recently included a backpack trip to Europe), hiking and spending time with her family.

Elizabeth is our Development Coordinator with a focus on the Georgia Digital Event Series. She has 10 years of nonprofit experience and worked for organizations such as the League of Women Voters of Georgia, StandUp For Kids, the Atlanta Gay Men’s Chorus (currently Voices of Note), and Junior League of DeKalb. Elizabeth received a B.S. in Political Science with a minor in History from Georgia Southern University in 2006. She will receive her M.P.A. with a concentration in nonprofit management from Georgia State University in 2016. In her private life, she is currently on the board of Day League (formerly known as the DeKalb Rape Crisis Center) and has formerly served as the treasurer of the League of Women Voters of Georgia. Amir is the Director of Delivery and joined TechBridge in January 2015 through the acquisition of Aidmatrix, a nonprofit that has been accelerating food bank operations with their supply chain technology and community partnerships. Amir has over 26 years of senior management experience in the industries of Information Technology, Nonprofit Operations, Product Development, Consulting, Business Development and Consumer Electronics. He has held the titles of CTO and Director of Technology for NPower Texas and Susan G. Komen for the Cure, where he led the IT strategy along with business and operational information systems. His responsibilities included product design and architecture, software development and integration, network integrity and security, and customer support systems—both domestic and international.
Amir has driven several large projects that have earned recognition including: Oracle Universal Content Management Implementation Award, Web Marketing Association Universal Content Management Implementation Award, Platinum Award for Best Overall Internet Site and Gold Award for Best Health/Healthcare Content, Web Marketing Association Webaward for Outstanding Achievement in Web Site Development and a Webby Award Nomination.

A native of Georgia, Maithri Vangala is ecstatic to be TechBridge’s Impact Manager after serving as the 2015-2016 digital inclusion fellow in partnership with NTEN and Google Fiber. Her experiences doing public health field work in El Salvador, editing a national health care publication, and most recently, PTSD research, have confirmed her belief in the vitality of access to information in this digital age and her dedication to bringing it to underserved populations.

Natalie joined TechBridge in July 2016 as the Marketing Group Leader. For her it’s an honor to work for a nonprofit that helps other nonprofits reach their potential, and she feels that being able to use her marketing experience and relationships with technology partners to make a meaningful impact is a dream come true.
Natalie holds a business degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder and completed the Professional Development Program at Stanford University. She has spent the past two decades as a Marketing Strategist in the technology and financial service industry, working at both start-ups and global corporations.
Natalie’s also engaged in her kids’ school system as a Board Member of the Decatur Education Foundation. A transplant from northern California, Natalie enjoys finding new adventures in the Atlanta area with her family and scouting out great new places to eat.

Sean Williams is a Program Consultant and Solutions Architect and joined TechBridge in June 2014 through the acquisition of SEMA Development, a nonprofit which he and a fellow Georgia Tech graduate co-founded to deliver affordable mobile apps to other nonprofits. Sean has worked directly with over 25 nonprofits with operating budgets ranging from $500K to $125M to manage various technology projects.
Sean leverages his background as a public speaker to advocate innovation and social enterprise across the country, speaking at various venues including the NTEN NTC Conference in San Jose, California and the Points of Light Civic Accelerator Pitch Night at the World of Coke Museum in Atlanta, GA. His insights on the importance of IT Security for Nonprofits have been featured in articles by the Chronicle of Philanthropy and Evans Consulting Group. Sean also serves on the Advisory Board of Enterprise2Empower, a Georgia Tech student organization that matches students of all backgrounds to fulfilling employment opportunities at social businesses, non-profit organizations, NGOs, philanthropies, etc. that fuel positive social and environmental impact.
Outside of TechBridge, Sean is an avid outdoorsman and can be found trudging up mountains to prepare for his next “GORUCK Challenge” and working towards life goals to someday scale Mount Denali and complete an Iron Man. Sean lives in the Old Fourth Ward district of Atlanta where he attends Renovation Church and hopes to continue to invest in his neighbors and community.

Jingjing is a Technical Program Manager with expertise in Information Technology and Supply Chain Management. In the past few years, she has focused on accelerating both domestic and international Food Bank operations by providing affordable IT solutions. She has designed and implemented Cloud-based applications including Inventory Management Solution, Agency Express, Donor Express, Choice, Choice Mobile and Virtual Food Drive for Food Banks and Food Bank Partner Agencies. Jingjing joined TechBridge in January 2015 through TechBridge’s acquisition of Aidmatrix, a nonprofit that has been improving humanitarian relief operations with their supply chain technology and community partnerships. Jingjing has an MBA in Information Technology Management from the University of Texas at Dallas.
