Changing attitudes, changing perceptions and increasing aspirations – this is the mission of Project GRAD Atlanta who is committed to working with Atlanta Public Schools to increase the number of students who graduate from high school and college.
This small nonprofit was at a disadvantage operating with outdated equipment and no remote access to email, calendars and shared documents. After assessing their technology challenges, TechBridge® recommended they move to a new server, an upgraded network and Microsoft Office 365.
After TechBridge implemented more efficient hardware and communication tools, data back-up in the cloud vs. an onsite tape drive and Microsoft Office 365 for nonprofits, Project GRAD has recognized a huge savings in both time and money. These savings are being reinvested into programming for their students in support of their mission.
TechBridge also introduced Project GRAD to B2B Technologies who was inspired by their mission. Through the TechBridge Adopt-a-Nonprofit® program, B2B Technologies provides ongoing consulting services and subsidizes Project GRAD’s monthly managed services fees with TechBridge.
With Office 365, the time savings as well as the funding we’re saving is transferred to programming for students which is what we really do to support our mission.
