ARCHI – Common Intake and Collaboration Platform

The Problem/Challenge:
ARCHI follows the collective impact framework which starts with the understanding that the only way to effectively address complex issues, like health disparities is to align the resources and expertise from multiple and diverse sectors in a multi-year commitment to create change.  In 2020, Techbridge partnered with ARCHI to bring together disparate service providers across the Atlanta area, driving better health outcomes for the most vulnerable. Initially, there was no centralized intake process for individuals seeking help with rental, mortgage, and utility bills. The reliance on emails and phone calls was inefficient, and there was no way for agencies to collaborate on a single case. Initially, there was no centralized intake process for individuals seeking help with rental, mortgage, and utility bills. The reliance on emails and phone calls was inefficient, and there was no way for agencies to collaborate on a single case.

The Techbridge Solution:
After a year of research and requirements gathering, Techbridge developed a common online intake form for individuals seeking assistance with rental, mortgage, and utility bills. Building on the success of this initial effort, ARCHI set out to build an integrated platform that not only received the intake forms but also filtered them using each service provider’s support criteria and allowed providers to collaborate directly on individual cases. Techbridge’s MVP approach allowed the system to flex as users and the customer provided further insights.

The Impact/Outcome:

  • The integrated platform now enables direct collaboration between agencies, improving case management.
  • Over 3,000 collaborations between agencies were achieved in the first year.
  • The platform now functions as a full-fledged case management tool with connections to existing systems.
