These golfers do not have to be employees of the sponsoring company. However, all sponsor golfers must be registered to play via the sponsor portal (opening in August). A representative of the sponsoring organization may register their golfers.

Representatives from sponsoring organization assigned to sponsor areas on the courses, allowing sponsors to connect with golfers during play.

Executive leadership from various organizations assigned to each sponsor golf team as a fourth player. These executives make themselves available to connect with sponsors while donating their time for this worthy cause.

Note that we will not host a silent auction at this year’s Tee IT Up for TechBridge golf tournament.

You are welcome to host a raffle at your sponsor representative booth. You may collect contact info or business cards throughout the day and select a winner, to be announced at the reception.

Each sponsor is responsible for disclosing their raffle instructions and entry rules. The tournament, its representatives, and TechBridge, Inc. and its representatives are not responsible for sponsor raffles. The tournament reserves the right to cancel sponsor raffles.

We will update the helicopter ball drop details on this website before the tournament. Additional information will be provided via email prior to the start.

We recommend 200 – 250 total giveaways, splitting them between the two courses.

The tournament is in “scramble” format.

Snacks & Promotional Material

You may bring individually wrapped snacks (e.g. protein bars, snacks, sodas, bottled water). You may bring branded swag, flyers, and company information.

Alcohol (Prohibited)

Sponsors are not allowed to bring alcohol to the club. This will jeopardize the club’s liquor license and our tournament.. Château Elan will provide all products for the Beverage Station, Margarita, and Bloody Mary sponsors. Other items are available for purchase. Sponsors bringing in alcohol will be fined and/or banned from the tournament.

Cleanup

Sponsors are responsible for removing all trash from their holes when breaking down their stations. Sponsors leaving trash will be billed a clean-up fee. Please help us keep this incredible property beautiful while supporting this good cause.

No; meals are not provided for representatives assigned to the course. We encourage all reps to bring lunch, and beverages in a small cooler for their assigned hole.

Sponsor reps will be assigned a golf cart after unloading their vehicles and taking their personal cars back to the lot. You will use this cart to bring items to and from your designated sponsor hole(s).

Yes, mulligans will be for sale online before the tournament and on the event day. We sell two mulligans, ten raffle tickets, and a forward tee shot* for $100 per player or $400 per team.

*Allowing the player to move up to the front tees once per person.

No, these items are not included. If this changes, we will notify you via email.

Sponsors may bring a six-foot table, two chairs, and pop-up canopy-style tents (no tent stakes allowed).

We will try to split your team if requested, but this is not always possible.

• The sponsoring organization’s logo as a vector file (SVG, EPS, or Adobe Illustrator) or an uncompressed bitmap file (PNG or TIFF)
  • Vector file preferred
  • Bitmap files must be a minimum of 300 dpi and at least 1500 px on the shortest side
  • JPEG files will not be accepted
• Name and contact of the marketing representatives who will be at the assigned hole(s)

We list executives and their companies on the TechBridge golf landing page. We do not distribute contact information.

You may have sponsor reps on both courses throughout the duration of the tournament.  Since this event covers 36 holes, the best way to maximize visibility for your company is to take advantage of this opportunity.

Yes; if you fund two sponsorships, you may pick a minimum of two IT executives to play with.

We will try to finalize the master list no later than Friday, October 27. When it is complete, we will upload it to the tournament site and share it via email.

You will need to bring tape measures, a whiteboard, and markers. You will need to measure the distance from hole to putt and write the lowest team number on the whiteboard.

Due to the fundraising nature of the event, we ask that any sponsor who withdraws within one month of the tournament cover any costs incurred on their behalf.

You may send two golfers from your organization to be paired up with another sponsoring twosome, or send one golfer and be paired with an IT executive golfer of your choice.*

*Executive pairings are not guaranteed.
