Every year since , GeorgiaCIO Leadership Association and Society for Information Management (SIM) Atlanta Chapter have named us as the beneficiary of the Tee IT Up Golf Tournament, bringing together a wide audience of technology leaders to enjoy a day of golfing and networking. Their generosity enables our organization to continue crucial work breaking the cycle of generational poverty through the innovative use of technology in our four pillars: Hunger Relief, Homeless Support, Social Justice, and Workforce Development. was a record-breaking year that brought out 288 golfers, 216 sponsor representatives, and 55 volunteers to support this important mission.

We’re so grateful to the Golf Club of Georgia, SIM Atlanta, GeorgiaCIO, and the 55 incredible TechBridge volunteers who showed up to manage the course and our sponsor reps. Several of them gave up their Sunday evenings and then returned before dawn on Monday to help us set up! This team went on to taxi each of our 200+ attendees and their items to their assigned locations before They spent the day as concierges to ensure that everyone had a great experience and wrapped up the day well after dark. We couldn’t have done it without them and our event sponsors!

By the end of the day, the 16th annual Tee IT Up tournament was the most successful to date! Tee IT Up was sold out 60 days in advance, with more than 140 companies helping us raise over $350k for our mission to break the cycle of generational poverty through the innovative use of technology to transform nonprofit and community impact.

Today more than 32 million Americans are living in poverty. We provide technology tools, programs, and services. In doing so, we amplify the impact of nonprofits and provide people with career pathways for stability and economic mobility. This incredible work does not happen in a bubble; we are privileged to work alongside people & organizations in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors.

Our HomeBridger™ app has helped prevent 572 families from becoming homeless. Since its inception, our AgencyExpress™ platform has moved 2 billion pounds of food and counting, in partnership with 60 Feed America food banks and 19,481 other agencies. Through TechBridge’s JusticeServer™ platforms, we have assisted volunteer attorneys to donate 6 million dollars of pro-bono hours to more than 22,000 individuals and families. During the first 3 years of our Technology Career Program, we have helped more than 200 individuals earn middle-class wages in a technology career without a 4-year degree. These results make a difference.

We couldn’t do this urgent and important work without the success of fundraising events like Tee IT Up, and we’re beyond grateful to everyone who made it possible. Thank you!
