TechBridge and ServiceNow have teamed up to offer a 13-week online program at no cost for tech-savvy HBCU graduates or students ready to invest in their futures.

Program Focus Areas

The HBCU program this spring will focus on: Welcome to ServiceNow, a required prerequisite, ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals, ServiceNow Administration Advanced, ServiceNow IT Service Management Fundamentals,
ServiceNow IT Service Management Implementation, Resume Services, Effective Communication in the Workplace, Giving and Receiving Feedback, Mock Interviews, Budgeting and Planning, and Salary Negotiation.

Historically Black Colleges and Universities are incubators for diverse and talented students who can benefit from the opportunity to gain skills and certifications. These opportunities will better position them to compete in the marketplace and advance their careers. TechBridge’s Technology Career Program has been providing upskilling opportunities to graduates of HBCUs since its inception in .

In , TechBridge launched three dedicated cohorts for HBCU graduates representing over 39 HBCUs across the country.
