[Atlanta, Dec. 15, 2022] — Techbridge, Inc., a national nonprofit committed to providing solutions and services to other poverty-alleviating nonprofits, has appointed Susan Walsh as their newest board member. Walsh brings a wealth of experience in technology and an extensive track record of optimizing business operations for Fortune 500 companies.

Susan is Microsoft’s general manager of enterprise cloud solutions for U.S. retail and consumer goods. She works with enterprises to accelerate their digital transformation journey by leveraging cloud services. She has spent the last two decades improving customer experiences, developing business models, and managing diverse revenue teams. Prior to joining Microsoft, Walsh played a pivotal role at Accenture, leading client business transformation engagements across multiple segments.

Bringing IT leaders together is how we grow, expand, and build a better future for those experiencing generational poverty. We are thrilled to welcome Susan to our board of leaders, where she can help us address the needs of our underserved communities and bring more diversity to the technology industry. Her technical acumen and industry expertise will be an invaluable resource to Techbridge and the nonprofits we serve, says Techbridge CEO Nicole Armstrong.

Susan holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston and an MBA from Georgia Tech in Atlanta.

In addition to Techbridge, Susan is engaged in supporting and volunteering with other non-profits, including Elevate Atlanta, the National MS Society, and NextUp. Susan has a passion for serving others and helping people she encounters to take the next step on their journey. This includes mentoring technology leaders on their professional journeys and turning her personal connection to Microsoft into consistent support of the National MS Society. She also has served decades at her local church leading young students along their faith journeys, couples through premarital counseling, and adult small groups.
