We’re all bombarded with so many messages from nonprofits wanting our attention, support, and donations every day. How can a nonprofit increase the odds its message stands out and actually spurs its audience to action?

One of the takeaways? Emotion wins, every single time. Find a way to incorporate emotional stories into your communications, or you run the risk of getting ignored.
