Swinging for Success: Tee IT Up for Techbridge Champions Community and Collaboration

At the Tee IT Up for Techbridge golf tournament (held ), executive IT golfers came together to swing their clubs. They were there not just for sport, but for a shared mission: to end generational poverty. With more than 70 teams and 26 sponsors, the event showcased the incredible power of community, collaboration, and an unwavering commitment to leveraging technology for the greater good. In collaboration with the Atlanta chapter of the Society for Information Management (Atlanta SIM) and GeorgiaCIO and under the leadership of our co-chairs (Bimal Bivek, D’Lovely Gibson, and Markus Satterfield) Tee IT Up was a testament to what we can achieve when technology and teamwork intersect.

The Heart of TechBridge: Collaboration and Community

Collaboration is at the heart of our mission. We believe that when a community comes together, there’s no limit to what we can achieve. Through technology and teamwork, we can break down barriers and transform lives.

From the winning teams to the closest-to-the-pin winners, longest-drive winners, fast flyer winners, and beat-the-pro winners, the day was filled with energizing camaraderie and shared success. The event wasn’t just about golf; it was about coming together as a community to make a real difference.

Gibson summed it up perfectly when she said It’s about having fun outside, the camaraderie, and all the great networking that happens. At Tee IT Up for Techbridge, golf is more than just a game; it’s a symbol of a united community coming together to create a brighter future.
