On September 21 we hosted our fall CXO Alliance event, convening top-level executives from Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 firms. This gathering facilitated insightful discussions on a timely and evolving subject, “Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Future of Work”, which not only influences the tech sector but potentially reshapes the entire work landscape.
Our CXO gatherings have earned a reputation for bringing together professionals from the public, nonprofit, and private sectors to share ideas, foster innovation, and establish collaborative connections.
Moderated by Elevance Health’s Chief AI Officer Shawn Wang, the event brought together panelists Erika M. Smith (manager of TechSpark Metro at Microsoft Philanthropies), Jomondre Frink (VP of information technology at Randstad), Irfan Essa (distinguished professor and senior associate dean at Georgia Institute of Technology), and Scott Geddes (managing director at EY).
The conversation provided invaluable insights on topics such as AI’s impact on employment, technical bias, government regulations, equitable access to funding opportunities, and training for underserved communities. The conversation helped provide some essential guidelines for navigating the AI landscape.
